We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.00. All items are shipped via USPS using a traceable method, so you can easily keep track of your package. Delivery times may vary, so please allow 3-5 business days for Standard Ground Shipping. As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number at www.usps.com to monitor your package’s transit status and get real-time updates on its journey. When will my order be shipped?

If your order was placed Monday through Thursday, we aim to ship it either the same day or the following day. For orders placed on Friday before 3:00 PM EST, we’ll do our best to ship it the same day. If we miss that cutoff, your order will be shipped on Monday. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with all the shipping details. Before you check out, you'll be able to see several estimated arrival dates based on the shipping method you choose. This way, you can select the option that best fits your needs and track your order every step of the way.

What's the status of my order? How do I track my order?

Once you've placed your order, you can easily keep tabs on its status anytime by logging into your account. Just head to the "Orders" section, and you’ll see all the details there. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all your tracking information so you can watch your package's journey in real-time. Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we gladly ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses! Whether you're in a remote location, on a military base, or just prefer the convenience of a P.O. box, we've got you covered. Please note that while most of our items can be shipped to these addresses, some restrictions may apply depending on the product and the destination. What are your shipping rates?

We offer both Ground and Express shipping through USPS. The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping service selected. Please note that while we strive to meet these delivery times, actual shipping duration may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays. If you do not receive your order within 8 business days for Standard Ground or by the promised date for Expedited shipping options, don't hesitate to contact us for support.

  • First-Class Standard Ground: $3.99 (2-5 Business Days)
  • Priority Mail Standard: $12.99 (2-3 Business Days)
  • Priority Mail Express: $29.99 (1 Business Day, for orders placed before 11 AM EST)

What's the difference between "Order Date" and "Ship Date"?

On our website, "Order Date" and "Ship Date" are not the same. For instance, if you place an order on Friday at 11:00 PM EST, your package won’t ship until the next available business day, which is typically Monday. When you place an order, you'll see an "Estimated Ship Date" on the order confirmation page. This date indicates when we expect to ship your order, not when you will receive it. If you selected 2nd Day Shipping, your package will arrive two days after the ship date, not the order date. This means that if your order ships on Monday, you can expect it to arrive by Wednesday. Keep in mind that weekends and holidays may affect these dates, as most orders are processed and shipped on business days. While most orders are shipped the same or the next business day, it’s important to consider weekends and holidays when estimating delivery times.

My Order Says It Was Delivered, But I Never Received It!

If your order status indicates it was delivered but you haven’t received it, don’t worry. Here’s what you can do to help resolve the situation and ensure you get your package:

  • Contact Your Local Post Office: They might have additional details on the delivery or if the package is being held for you.
  • Check with Your Neighbors: Sometimes packages are accidentally delivered to nearby addresses. It’s a good idea to ask your neighbors if they received your package by mistake.
