If your order was placed Monday through Thursday, we aim to ship it either the same day or the following day. For orders placed on Friday before 3:00 PM EST, we’ll do our best to ship it the same day. If we miss that cutoff, your order will be shipped on Monday. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with all the shipping details. Before you check out, you'll be able to see several estimated arrival dates based on the shipping method you choose. This way, you can select the option that best fits your needs and track your order every step of the way.

Free, expedited, or other flat-rate shipping and return promotions do not apply to international orders. What's the status of my order? How do I track my order?

What's the difference between "Order Date" and "Ship Date"?
On our website, "Order Date" and "Ship Date" refer to different times in the order process. For example, if you place an order on Friday at 11:00 PM EST, it won’t ship until the next available business day, which is typically Monday. The "Estimated Ship Date" shown on your order confirmation page represents when we expect to dispatch your order, not when you will receive it. Be aware that weekends and holidays may impact these timelines, as most orders are processed and shipped on business days. Although most orders are shipped the same or the next business day, it's essential to factor in weekends and holidays when estimating delivery times.
My Order Says It Was Delivered, But I Never Received It!
If your order status indicates it was delivered but you haven’t received it, don’t worry. Here’s what you can do to help resolve the situation and ensure you get your package:
- Contact Your Local Post Office: They might have additional details on the delivery or if the package is being held for you.
- Check with Your Neighbors: Sometimes packages are accidentally delivered to nearby addresses. It’s a good idea to ask your neighbors if they received your package by mistake.
- Verify Delivery Location: Look around your property for any delivery notes or packages left in unexpected spots like a porch, side door, or behind planters.
- Review Delivery Details: Double-check the delivery address you provided during checkout to ensure it was correct.
- Check with Household Members: Make sure no one else in your household or building has taken in the package.
Easy Returns in 30 Days
We offer both Ground and Express shipping through USPS. The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping service selected. Please note that while we strive to meet these delivery times, actual shipping duration may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays. If you do not receive your order within 8 business days for Standard Ground or by the promised date for Expedited shipping options, don't hesitate to contact us for support.
- Timeframe: You’ve got a whole month (30 days to be exact) from the day your order lands on your doorstep to decide if it’s a keeper or just a "meh." No rush, no fuss—just pure, unadulterated fashion freedom. Time flies when you’re slaying, but make sure you return your items within 30 days of purchase, or we’ll have to say, “Sorry, too late.”
- Condition Check: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached. Just like when you first laid eyes on it, it needs to be in that same unworn state when it come back to us. For hygiene reasons, certain items like underwear cannot be returned.
How to Return?
- Box It Up: Return your item in the original packaging with all tags attached. Handle with care—damaged returns might not be accepted.
- Ship It Back: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Use a tracked shipping method to send your return to:

- Exchanges: At this time, we are unable to process exchanges. Please initiate a return for the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the desired item.
- Store Credit: You can also opt for store credit instead of a refund. Store credit is instant and can be used immediately.
Important Return Details
- Regular Priced Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: At this time, we are unable to process exchanges. Please initiate a return for the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the desired item.
- Condition: Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them. Items that are damaged or altered may not be accepted and could be sent back to you.
- Sale Items: We only refund regular-priced items—sale pieces are final sale, sorry! Items received after this time might only be eligible for store credit. Note that return shipping costs are on you and non-refundable, so be sure to use a tracked shipping method to avoid any mishaps. It also needs to be in its original packaging, because presentation matters, right?
- Faulty Items: Items are classified as faulty if they are damaged upon arrival or if a manufacturing defect is identified within 30 days of purchase. Please note that wear and tear or damage from improper care is not considered a manufacturing fault.
- Color Accuracy: Every effort has been made to ensure the colors of each product are displayed as accurately as possible. However, as computer models and screens may vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of color is completely accurate.
- Customs Duties & Taxes: We don’t refund customs duties, international sales tax, or shipping costs.
